BS Construction Mgt or Engineering degree with at least 20 years experience. Experience in Planning and Scheduling and Cost Control functions. Must have minimum 10 years experience as a Project Control Manager. Must have previous experience on project management consultancy project acting as owner agent. Preferred candidate will have both home office and field experience and overseas experience. Must be computer literate. Responsible for managing the project schedule, including development, maintenance, reporting, resource allocation, etc. Must have worked on at least three refinery or petrochemical contracts with a TIC price greater than $500 million. Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Must be willing to relocate to Columbia for field assignment. Working knowledge with, cost management systems, scheduling systems P6 progress/productivity measurement, cost analysis, forecasting, and change management.
